Shipping & Delivery
Mayfield offers two shipping options:
  • Shipping Australia wide, normal or express
  • In-store pick up
All orders are shipped daily via Australia post. Express orders must be in by 2pm for same day shipping. For tracking estimations, you can use this handy link here. All items are shipped from Newtown, Victoria.

Exchanges
Mayfield is happy to offer an exchange or a store credit for in store full priced purchases only. 
  • Exchange must be within 14 days of purchase
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months
  • Good must be in original condition; unworn with tags still attached
  • Exchanges can be made in-store or by return post. Please note any associated delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Mayfield will only offer refunds for full price online sales. 
  • Returns must be within 10 days of purchase.
  • Garment must be in new condition, not worn with tags still attached. 
  • No refunds are offered for SALE items.
  • No refunds on jewellery.
